[debconf4] stats and admin page

hm... it is certainly interesting, can anyone think of dangers
opening this data? i could expect people using it against us,
when we refuse to host them, for example. For example some of the
people registered dont seem to have much technical expertise (i
am not talking about girlfriends or children or so) but about
people just coming to hang out and get free accomodation and
perhaps hosting during FISL. those i would like to tell that
others (who are perhaps in the NM queue or come from abroad) got
priority. And i would like to not get into a discussion with
them, and they pointing out that they registered first.

Granted, right now this does not seem to be a problem. but who
knows, we have several month to go.

And as a second thing: should these potential (!) freeloaders be
counted when suppling notebooks etc to people?

Rudy, can you please indicate in that statistic how many of the
non-computer-bringers are DDs and how many are not?
