[debian-rj] atualização para etch não passa

Não faça isso,  por enquanto Etch e Sarge estão incompatíveis, são 
muitos problemas para serem relatados, melhor você baixar um iso do 
etch,  no www.debian.com, e instalar por ele.

A compatibilidade de migração só deverá ocorrer quando o etch etiver 
mais próximo da estabilidade.
